You can schedule to arrive any day that is most convenient for you.  However, please give us 5 days notice since the tours are popular.  Our staff wants to be sure to arrange your arrival for the greatest results of your time in Odessa.  

A deposit ($1000 for Romance Tour, $1,500 for VIP Romance Tour and $2,000 for VIP Tour Premium) is required in order to reserve a Tour.  Your deposit can be paid by credit card or Western Union.  Any balance of the tour cost can be paid via credit card more than 5 days before arrival or must be paid in full by cash upon your arrival. All deposits are nonrefundable.

After we receive your deposit we will activate 1 month FREE access to our site so you can login and preselect women that you would like to meet in Odessa.

Airport or train pickup and drop-off
On your arrival one of our staff will meet you at the airport or train station for pickup and shuttle to your private apartment. At the end of your tour you will be transported back to the departure point for your return home. Pickup and drop-off is available 7 days a week.

Apartment
We offer a very nice, clean, safe and comfortable apartment for our VIP clients. It is completely furnished and has all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay.  Your lodging is in fully furnished private apartments that are clean and located in safe and convenient parts of the city center.

Our office is staffed 7 days per week from 10am to 8pm (weekends till 6pm).  Emergency service is available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.

We schedule your time carefully, arrange and organize meetings with women, answer your questions and provide any help you need. Internet and e-mail (with high-speed connections) is provided at our office and you can use it for free for up to 1, 2 hours or have an unlimited access based upon your Tour category.

Interpreters
We provide interpreting service any time you need it. All our interpreters are University-educated in the English language and provide an interpreting service of a very high quality. Very often it is not easy for a man to have insight of the woman he just met. Our local interpreters can help you better understand more about the woman.  Our interpreters (when asked) will provide you their perspective after each of your meetings!
The interpreter's services are available from 12am to 8pm. Additional interpreter timecan be arranged at the cost of $15 per hour.

What is the dress code for the Personal Meetings?

There is no "dress code" for personal meetings.  However, we recommend that you dress as you would when going on a "special date".  The women are excited when they can meet a man.  They take great care to look their best. She will be wearing her best outfit and will spend hours in preparation. Some women travel a large distance and use much time to meet you. 

As a gesture of respect, and a representation of your seriousness, you should try to look your best as well.  Any clean and neat attire is fine. What is most important, is that you be yourself while also looking your best.

What other items do you recommend I bring to the Personal Meetings?

You should bring the following items to the meetings: a small notebook with a few pens.  We recommend getting their name, address, telephone, height, hair color, profession, and anything that strikes you as unique about them.  It is important that you realize that after meeting many women, it will become difficult to remember the details about each person.  It is also common to be confused while trying to match a person with their biographical information.  You will need good notes and it is helpful to have photos and/or a video of her!  Don't ask her about her sister, when she is actually an only child, etc. Every woman wants to feel special, not like the "next one on your list". Write down the details.

Should I bring a photo or video camera?

Take photos of any woman you are even slightly interested in.  Have someone snap pictures of you and her together. While it makes a nice momentum, it is actually more important than that. To apply for a Fiancee Visa, you must provide the Immigration and Naturalization Service with proof that you have met the woman prior to applying for the K-1 visa.

You never know what's going to happen. You may not wind up seeing each other after the first meeting, if for instance she is from out of town, or has to work during the times you are available. You may correspond with her after you get home, and then decide that you would like to have her visit you. If that happens, you will be very happy you took a few photographs that you need for the Visa Application.

We highly recommend bringing a Polaroid or digital camera.  You can then give the women you meet a picture if the two of you.  She will be able to show her friends and family.  It will also serve to keep your image fresh in her mind. 

NOTE: Have photographs taken of you and your woman every time you get together during your trip. Remember, the INS functions to screen people and them out of the USA. The more documentation you give them of your relationship, the smoother and faster things will go. Keep photos, phone records, letters, e-mails, faxes, anything that will show them that you actually know each other.  These documents show that your visa application is legitimate.

Should I bring photos and other materials showing my hometown and lifestyle?

Highly recommended. At the very least, these make good conversation pieces.  Their real value is to show a woman you meet who you are, where you from, what your life is like (and what hers' would be like if you marry).  Pictures are more effective than words do describe these items in a short amount of time.  Pictures really do speak a thousand words. Don't bore her with a hundred photos of your house or drinking buddies, a few will do. Bring some extra photos of you in your own surroundings to give to her as a reminder and they allow her to show her friends.

What kinds of small gifts should I bring for women I meet?

There are many gift items for sale in Ukraine. These include fine chocolates, flowers, ceramics, perfume, clothing, etc. But if you want to purchase some things in advance, you might want to buy things like Bath Oil & Lotion Gift Baskets, Disney T-Shirts or Sweatshirts. Women appreciate any items unique to your home state. You may also want to bring a small gift for the woman's child, such as soft-toy.
